Terms and Conditions - Black Week Giveaway
Eligibility
The winner must be over 18 at the time of entry and have a valid passport and is responsible for any necessary visas. Employees of aim’n, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on November 7th at 8:30 am CET and ends on November 17th at 20:00 pm CET. All entries must be submitted during this time to qualify.
How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, sign up for aim’ns newsletter at aimn.com via the sign up page provided. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
Prize Conditions
One (1) winner will receive the following prize:
- A trip for two (2) to Paris, France, including:
- Round-trip economy flights for two (2) from departure city to Paris.
- Thee (3) nights’ accommodation in Paris
- aim’n outfits valued 6000 SEK/NOK, €550, $550 USD, S850 NZD
Approximate retail value of the prize is $4500, which will be provided in the form of a gift card. The winner themselves is responsible for booking flights and accommodation in correspondence with a contact person from the aim’n team.
Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included. Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
Prize subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. aim’n reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on November 17th. All entries must be made before midnight on November 17th. The winner will be notified personally via e-mail/phone. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, another winner will be chosen.
Prize Conditions
The trip must be redeemed and completed within 1 year (12 months). The winner and his/her travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
The winner and their guest are responsible for having valid passports and any required visas. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other items. aim’n reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
General Conditions
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release aim’n and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the prize. aim’n is not responsible for issues beyond its control, such as unforeseen travel restrictions and similar circumstances.
aim’n reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by the aim’n.
Personal Information
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing from aim’n. Any personal data collected during the Giveaway will be used only for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner and will not be shared with any third parties.
